IMPORTANT UPDATE

  • Registration Payment by Bank Transfer is opened up to June 8, 2018.
  • The participants who want to pay the registration fee via Bank transfer must paid the registration fee no later than June 8, 2018.
  • The participants who can not paid the registration fee by Bank transfer before June 8, 2018 should make payment by cash on site of the seminar during the registration.

Participants are encouraged to register earlier in advance to benefit from early registration fees. Late registration remain further available options. Please refer to Important Dates for your time consideration. To submit your abstract or fullpaper, please visit paper submission.

Registration fee for ISoC 2018 participants are listed below:

Early bird registration (up to 18 May 2018)

    Non Student: IDR 1,750,000
  2. International Participants
    Student: USD 225
    Non Student: USD 250

Regular registration

  1. Local Participants
    Student: IDR 1,500,000
    Non Student: IDR 2,000,000
  2. International Participants
    Student: USD 250
    Non Student: USD 300

Non-presenter participant:

    IDR 750,000 (local participant), USD 200 (International participant)

Participant for HKI Congress only*:

Participant for OWSD Congress only*:

*Participant for Congress only join the HKI or OWSD Congress in the second day or seminar (July 19, 2018)

*Students must show a valid student ID on site.
*Discount 10% for HKI member. HKI member must show a valid HKI member card or transfer receipt of payment of renewal of HKI members (apply for registration of ISoC Seminar as presenter or participant, the participant for OWSD congress or HKI congress only are excluded)
*To register as non-presenter participant, please fill the registration form here. The non presenter participant will get a Book of Abstract.
*This registration fee excludes the publication fee in AIP proceeding an HAYATI Journal
